Important: Refunds cannot be processed after the 30-day period has passed.

Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for it to reflect in your account after processing.

When Things Don't Go As Planned

If you have opted for Shipping Protection and your products arrive faulty, damaged, or don’t arrive at all, we’ll make it right.

If you opted out of Shipping Protection, please note that VITAMAN is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once dispatched, unless the error is on our part.

About Delivery Addresses

VITAMAN cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by our customers.

We care about your order reaching you safely, so please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.

Received Something Different?

If you've received a product you didn't order, don’t worry—we’ve got it covered. Send us an email at info@vitaman.com, and we’ll correct the issue promptly, whether by refund or replacement.

Handling Delivery Delays

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot accept liability for delays that are beyond our control, including natural disasters and other unforeseen events.

We use trackable delivery services to give you peace of mind, allowing you (and us) to monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Changing Your Mind About An Order

If you need to cancel your order, we understand. For Subscription Services, please notify us before your order ships.

While we strive to cancel orders before they are dispatched, we cannot guarantee this if you contact us on the same day or over the weekend. Please give us advance notice to ensure timely cancellation.

If you're not ready to cancel your subscription, you can also pause it through your account settings for up to 3 months.
